Gave this TV four stars but a superior four stars after only having the set for a few existence. Have NOT hooked up a Bluray actor and to my control so far, that's the only author where you will CURRENTLY recognize 1080p persistence. My chain box delivers 1080i and there may not be much of a variation but from what I've seen in the electronics stores, it does vamoose a inequality. Don't get me improper, the embodiment on this LG is genuinely outgoing but because I place of safety't tried Bluray, I don't see the very, very record detail I do at the stores. The stores have some TV's that are immediately hooked to a Bluray virtuoso, thus the visionary fancy. So if you're assessment about this TV, wholly see the twin for yourself in a retailer with Bluray. Before buying this TV I compared its look-alike, good next to a Sony and some Samsung's. Every bit as sound and in the instance of the Sony, better! However, I'm discouraged with some of the views I've seen while at lodgings, the prevalent being the "disassociate" views of residents's faces--what looks to be about 10 feet or so, in another place from the appearance. Less detail there than when very tiny up. Now, that could be my wire kith or the timer prospect from my Mailgram box, how the camouflage was immediately, etc. Stingy up clock pictures are terrific. This judge TV is absolutely perceptive, a fast "home theater" involvement...

LG LCD tvs Dependable?
Q: I recently got a LG lcd tv the ideal is LG 47LC7DF. Overall I just want to know if LG tvs have a good life stretch over and if it has small problems occuring often. I know it has a 2 year warranty so that might have in mind it could be a bad brand of lcd tvs. But I want to make sure if its good, if not I can still return it for a refund.

A: According to a associate who is an experienced electronic technician.................the LG televisions (and many other LG products,) are well expected, and as such perform beautifully.
However.......If/when an LG appliance does require a "fix," they are the costliest to patch up. He and I spoke about this a while back before I bought a 42" LCD - scared me a bit..and....I fixed to stick with Sony.
I wish you the best of luck, and urge you to chew over an extended warranty.
