The 46" Sharp that you listed has a designated PC input (VGA) but the 42" you listed does not (the one I listed does have it). The Mitsubishi can brook PC signals via the HDMI, but most computers won't support this unless it's newer and somewhat expensive.
I didn't see a response time for the Mits, but I know the Sharps, at 4ms, is very palatable and can handle pretty much anything.
The Sharps are established as a good LCD panel and although the Mits looks like it has satisfactory specs and everything you would need, especially the 24Hz at 1080p which I don't believe the Sharp does, they safe haven't built a reputation in the LCD market. I think either way you will get a good TV, but I am partial to the Pointed AQUOS.
