50" Philips Plasma with NO PIP???
Q: I own a 50PFP5332D and am either overlooking it or it doesn't have it? Is there no perfect in picture? And if there isn't if I have a cable box can that help get one?
A: I lawful bought the same size and model # of TV yesterday. We have found no PIP, either. Apparently it doesn't have that spotlight. Starting to wish I'd gone with another brand.

Q: I’m prosperous to be purchasing a flat screen TV this week and need some opinions. I have my search narrowed down to 2 TV’s.

Which will display a better picture? I will be using the TV for gaming mostly but also watchful of a lot of hd dvd’s. The plasma has a much better contrast ratio but its 720p compared to 1080p on the LCD. The cost is about the same for both 1,497 for the Phillips & 1,398 for the Polaroid. I’m not sure what the refresh amount on either is though, I couldn’t find it on the net. Any input would be greatly appreciated

A: I can't in authentic conscience recommend either of those tv's to you. You really need to look at one of the following as contrasted with: Samsung 2007 HPT5064,Samsung 2008 PN50A550, or Panasonic 2008 TH50PX80u.
A TV is so much more than reasonable a resolution and contrast ratio. All around Samsung and Panasonic just surprise the other tv's away. Samsung uses the Ultra-Filterbright screen which effect the images to appear a lot brighter than the traditional glass used on plasma. Also, the processor acclimatized in both Samsung and Panasonic are capable of more color.
Also, with the availability of purchasing online, you won't invest that much more on these tvs
