A: The Toshiba will be elevated in performance and reliability. ViewSonic makes an o.k. computer monitor (I'm looking at one as I transcribe), but pretty cheap, third tier crap in TVs. In small screens (23" and below), predominantly Toshiba and Sharp present the best dollar for dollar value in show and reliability, not to mention after warranty service and parts availability. Caveat: DON'T get one of these with a built in DVD actress!
