How do I convert Digital Audio to Analog audio? Go from Digital Coaxial to Standard Stereo?
Q: I have a tv (Toshiba MD20F12) that has a digital coaxial audio[Yellow]output but no standard stereo analog output[Red White] and a stereo (Sony LBT-D290) that i yen to hook it up to, but the stereo only has standard [Red White] input. A: another Scrooge-like solution is to use the headphone jack (if it has one)
get a cable from radio shack that converts the headphone's 3.5mm or 1/4inch connector to left and repay RCAs
