My Toshiba 1080i LCD IS Getting WEIRD PLEASSSE HELP?

I just reinstalled Windows 7 on my computer, using the tv as a monitor and all of a sudden i noticed that top of the shield is further down then it should be and the very left is closer to the right then it should be.
Whats going on?
I do notice though that when i move the mouse tip to the very edge of the top left screen it doesnt go past.. is it suspsoe to be like this, am i objective tripen... I swear it seems futher down.
