I have a Samsung LCD TV, almost 4 years old (Ideal: LE40R51B) Recently the cloak has repeadedly gone flatly malicious, sound still carries on outstanding, but nothing on the protection at all - unqualifiedly baneful. I've decipher on-lead that switching it off at the mains for over 4hrs re-sets the software. No joy!
